Structural Design
A residential high-rise structure designed as an RCC Frame with Dual System consisting of Special Structural Walls and Special Moment Resisting Frame capable of resisting at least 25% of the lateral load. Resistance to gravity loads provided by RCC columns with drop panels. RCC Outriggers were employed at 13th Floor and 30th floor to control lateral drift in seismic and wind conditions. A Piled Raft foundation system is adopted.
