Three high-rise residential towers consisting of RCC Dual System consisting of Special Structural Walls and Special Moment Resisting Frame capable of resisting at least 25% of the lateral load. RCC Outriggers were employed at 18th, 20th and 22nd Floors. A Piled Raft foundation system is adopted.
