Structural Design
A mixed-used high-rise designed as an RCC Frame with Dual System consisting of Special Structural Walls and Special Moment Resisting Frame capable of resisting at least 25% of the lateral load. Resistance to gravity loads provided by RCC columns with drop panels. RCC Outriggers were employed at 5th Floor to control lateral drift in seismic and wind conditions. The outriggers also serve as transfer structures for modified framing in upper floors. A Piled Raft foundation system is adopted.
